Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.

St Aloysius College Cronulla supports the ongoing formation of staff members’ faith through a variety of programs. Weekly prayers and weekly Mass are provided on the premises.

Each year the staff has a Spirituality Day which is an in-service course covering topics such as prayer, social justice, and La Sallian charism.

Staff also have the opportunity to participate in practical social justice programs such as providing meals for the homeless and fundraising for the local chapter of St Vincent de Paul and Lasallian Mission.
